Since the latest changes considering moving to Zed, has anyone done the switch?

I've been using cursor for close to 2 years now, after having tried Windsurf, and custom plugins directly into VS. But was convinced by Cursor's great UI and frankly high level of customizability. Now it feels like each update is a push in the wrong direction and someone recommended Zed.dev. Has anyone done this switch?
