I’m a non-technical founder building a production app mainly with Cursor Agent mode. The stack is Express, Postgres and vanilla JavaScript. I also have separate repos for the marketing site and messaging integrations, plus a small Python ML service. I start a new conversation for each feature. The repo already has AGENTS.md , project rules, product briefs, tests, CI and a few custom skills for repeated workflows. I’m looking for general advice on improving this setup. How do you handle context across related repos without constantly repeating yourself? What belongs in AGENTS.md , rules and skills?
