Latest update makes it harder to switch models

Here we go, the enshitification of Cursor by xAI has begun. After today’s update when I start a new agent, it often defaults to Grok 4.6. And they’ve added an extra click/hover to get to the other models to add friction into the changing model process. Test it out, have an agent where you’re working with composer 2.5 and then hit the plus button and it’ll auto default to 4.6 high, for me at least. So every time I have to go back in click high go down to model hover over that go over to composer 2.5 and select that. Complete bollocks. Edit: this was partially user error. The selecting of a model default doesn’t seem to have changed. You can adjust that under agents in settings, but the making it one step harder to change model did happe
