Anyone else lose focus tabbing out while waiting on Cursor's agent?

Disclosure: I work full-time on SKI, a voice coding layer for agents. Mentioning it because it's directly relevant here, not trying to sneak in a plug. My pattern used to be firing off a Cursor agent task, tabbing over to Slack or a browser, then forgetting to check back. Lost 5, sometimes 10 minutes before I remembered it finished. I use SKI full time now, and that's actually the problem it solved for me, it talks the result back to me out loud instead of me having to remember to check a tab. Wondering how common this actually is for people running longer agent tasks.
