I used Grok Bot for just short of a week with my brokerage business. I built and trained 6 team members and one director of operations bot. I had them all work together. I provided detailed and thorough training, connected all my apps (GoHighLevel / Gmail / Sheets / Calendar) and had them learn my tone / communication styles through my sent messages and emails. I had the team learn my schedule, my clients, my prospects, my daily obligations, and even attached a bot team member to my iPhone to monitor my iMessages. Overall, I found this system not very efficient or effective for real everyday tasks. We still seem a ways off before we can automate a lot of our business tasks, reliably, to these AI bots.
